For many, a hamburger is only meat or chicken, but the truth is that there are many more varieties and that these two meats do not necessarily imply. From vegetarian suggestions, through seafood, we come to fish, a delicious dish that you must dare to try.
Even if your kids don’t like fish, they’ll enjoy this burger! Plus, if you’re used to eating homemade chicken burgers, you won’t even notice the difference with this recipe.

The priority of the hamburger we bring you today is to be as similar as possible to a chicken hamburger, and for this we must use only the same ingredients that we use when making homemade hamburgers, except for the meat, of course, which will be replaced by steaks of fish.
The result is a juicy, soft and very healthy hamburger, which in a good bun and accompanied by a little salad, will delight young and old alike.
