How to make cold tuna cake with sliced bread QUICKLY. Guaranteed success!

.- Prepare the mold. I have used a mold 29 cm long, 11 wide and 7 deep. We cover the inside of the mold with kitchen film.

.- Prepare the filling. Chop all the ingredients. Start by chopping the lettuce into a roll. Cut the tomatoes into very small pieces. Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Chop or grate the eggs, reserving one for decoration. Chop the olives. Reserve some for garnish. Cut the roasted peppers. Add the shredded tuna to the bowl with your hands.

.- Mix the filling and add a little salt. It is not necessary to add a lot of salt because the tuna and olives already have salt. Add the mayonnaise and mix again. You can add mayonnaise of your choice.

.- Assemble the cake. Fit a layer of bread slices to the shape of the pan. Cover with a layer of filling trying to make it flat and reaching all the corners. Go swap bread slices for stuffing. I have put 4 layers of bread and three fillings.

.- Cover the cake with the same film that you have covered the mold before putting it in the fridge. We keep it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

.- Unmould the cake by turning it over on a tray. Remove the cling film.

.- Decorate. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top and on the walls. Put a layer of grated egg on top. Finally, place the olives and pepper strips of your choice.
