A good gift for dad, in his time, is to prepare him a delicious homemade cake. It is the inevitable dessert at every celebration. especially since the focus is on the celebrants.
In the seventeenth century it was discovered organic yeast. This allowed the dough to further develop and differentiate itself from the bakery. However, it was not until the 18th century that confectionery began to be seen as the art of cooking cakes, sweets, sweets, macaroons, dry sweets, ice cream and liqueur drinks.

Ricotta cheese cake with red fruit jam
Components:
- 300 grams of dry biscuits.
- 100 g of butter.
- 5 eggs.
- 100 g of ricotta cheese.
- 300 g of sugar.
- 1 pinch of salt.
- 1 jar of red fruit jam.
- DECOR:
- 100 g of strawberries.
- 50 g of blackberry.
- 50 grams of blueberries.
- 50 grams of blueberries.
- 10 g fresh mint.
- Vanilla ice cream, to taste.
- 100 g of chantilly cream.
Editing, process:
Put the biscuits in a bowl and flour them until they almost look like flour, add the melted butter and mix to make a homogeneous consistency. Put the cookies in a cake mold and crush them to form a solid base. Put the cheese in the blender sugar, egg, vanilla, salt and grind everything, forming a uniform cream. Pour the cream over the biscuits and bake at 160°C for 40 minutes. Remove, let cool and add the jam, keep in the fridge.
Base:
Put a slice of cake on a plate, decorate with red fruits, chantilly cream, next to it put the vanilla ice cream, a mint leaf and sprinkle with powdered sugar
