  • 2 eggs (optional)

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • Salt (about 2 tablespoons) and pepper

Step by step

  1. Remove the skin from the chorizo ​​and mix this meat with the minced meat. Add the chopped onions and garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and chopped parsley.

  2. Add the eggs and mix with your hands until you have a homogeneous mixture. You can add half a cup of breadcrumbs if you like, but it’s optional.

  3. Shape the burgers. This step can be done with a form, with the lid of a jar of the desired size or simply with hands previously wet with cold water so that the mixture does not stick to the palms.

  4. Heat a frying pan or pan and put a small stream of oil in the base. Place the hamburgers and try not to smash them as often as they will release all their juices and then dry out. Cook round.

  5. They can be served on the plate with salad or puree or in their traditional form: sandwiches with vegetables, ham, cheese and egg.

  • 1 can of lentils

  • A cup of oatmeal

  • Half a cup of breadcrumbs

Step by step

  1. Open the can with the lentils and drain the water with the lid. Rinse them with water to remove the sodium.
