How to prepare an omelette with spinach and mushrooms (video recipe)

  1. Heat a pan with butter on a low heat.
  2. Put some evaporated milk or liquid 50 ml in a container.
  3. Add some eggs and a pinch of salt. Agitation.
  4. Add another splash of milk and after mixing it will pour into the pan.
  5. Cover: on medium heat let it fry for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, chop the spinach into small pieces.
  7. Chop natural mushrooms or add canned.
  8. Sprinkle some Oaxaca cheese over the eggs.
  9. Decorate with mushrooms and spinach.
  10. Raise the temperature in the pan and heat the refried beans in another pan.
  11. Serve the eggs on a plate and accompany with the beans.
