Step by step

  3. Melt the cake chocolate

    You can do it in a bain-marie or in the microwave, in 10-second intervals so it doesn’t burn.

  4. Beat the butter with the sugar

    Put the butter, cut into pieces and at room temperature, into a bowl. Add the sugar and beat with an electric mixer until incorporated.

  5. Add the melted chocolate

    Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl with the butter and sugar and beat again with the electric beaters.

  6. Pour the mixture over the cookies

    Pour the chocolate mixture over the chopped cookies and mix well so that they are completely covered with chocolate.

  7. Wrap and let cool

    Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing down well so there are no gaps. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

  8. Unmould and cover the cake
