Melon with ham, shrimp with ham, melon with shrimp… What could go wrong? - 150 grams of lamb’s lettuce
- with flaked salt
- without extra virgin olive oil
- with freshly ground black pepper
- c/n smoked paprika flakes (optional).

Place the skewers on a bed of lamb lettuce and spread the diced almonds, whole almonds, some freshly ground black pepper, smoked paprika flakes, salt flakes and extra virgin olive oil on top.
