How to make stuffed mushrooms?

If you have never prepared stuffed mushrooms, you will see that it is a very easy dish to prepare. You will only need to clean the mushrooms well, remove the stem, stuff them and bake them. The only thing to keep in mind is to carefully remove the stem so as not to break the mushroom.

  • 16 mushrooms
  • 250 g diced bacon
  • 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 1 onion

Clean and chop the onion

In a non-stick pan, melt a tablespoon of butter and fry the onion for 5 minutes.

Add the bacon and cook together for another 2 minutes.

Remove the pot from the heat, add the cream cheese and mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Season to taste, stir and reserve for later

Clean the mushrooms by removing any traces of soil, wash them and dry them with a cotton cloth

Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms, chop them finely and add them to the pan with the filling mixture

Wash and dry the parsley sprigs and separate the leaves that we will use later to decorate the dish

Line the oven tray with parchment paper and paint the entire surface with a few drops of olive oil.

Place the mushrooms in the pan and fill them with a good spoon from the previous preparation

Sprinkle the mushrooms with cheese and bake for 12 minutes

After the time has passed, remove the pan from the oven and serve the mushrooms in a pan decorated with fresh parsley leaves
