  4. Spread the figs over the cheese.
  5. Brush the edge of the puff pastry with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Components:

  • 1 kg of minced meat
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup figs, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Processing:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
  2. Grease a mold with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, onion, salt, black pepper, thyme, basil, garlic powder and breadcrumbs.
  4. Add the egg and milk and place it in the prepared pan.
  5. Place the figs on top of the toast. Drizzle with more olive oil if desired. Pour the meat broth over the figs.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until meat is cooked through.
