The Alicante property’s menu offers two burgers, fries, three desserts and two cocktails
Countdown to enjoy Dabiz Muñoz hamburgers in Murcia. The GoXO food truck is already installed in Avenida de la Libertad in Murcia and will soon open for customers. The establishment of one of the best chefs in the world, looking for cooks, has not yet opened its doors. But in the absence of confirmation whether the menu will include anything new in the capital of the Region, the menu of other cities such as Alicante already offers some clues about the recipes you can try.
The Dabiz Muñoz burger available at GoXO costs €15.50 and is double aged beef with two variations. One option has cheddar cheese, chipotle mayo, chifera (Chinese-Peruvian) sauce and puffed rice. The other possibility suggested by the winner of three Michelin stars is to top it with gouda cheese with creamy yakisoba noodles with peppers from around the world, miso and black truffle perigurdin sauce. In addition, the burgers can be accompanied by fries with jalapeño-lime alioli and XO brava sauce, at a price of 4.50 euros.
The culinary offer of the GoXO food truck does not end there. There are also temptations for those with a sweet tooth. There are three dishes to keep a sweet tooth after the hamburger. One is the creamy mascarpone flan with Jamaican pepper caramel whipped cream foam with crunchy miso and lemon meringues. The menu also includes La Pedroche cake, made with fresh cheeses and Parmesan, toasted butter cookies and Szechuan pepper. And the XO Waffle, dipped in dark chocolate, creamy coconut yogurt, salted caramel sauce and crunchy pineapple.
Two exotic cocktails complete the GoXO food truck menu. Dabiz Muñoz created a Japanese mojito with sake, yuzu, white rum and fresh green shiso leaves. The other innovative offering is a Thai mezcal margarita with jalapeños, lemongrass, triple sec, green lemon and kaffir lime.
