Impossible to resist this delicious snack
This recipe that I bring you is a guaranteed success. They are delicious and easy to make. They are ideal for tapas and even the most radical critics of this type of food cannot resist them, for the tastes of the young. And we are talking about a hamburger that is in another dimension, an irresistible pleasure.
200 g minced beef and pork
2 lettuce leaves
2 slices of bacon
2 slices of cheese
1 teaspoon of sugar
butter to fry the bread
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Cut the onion into julienne.
Cut the pickle, tomato and lettuce into thin slices.
Prepare the burgers. To do this, do not use eggs or breadcrumbs. You will only use freshly ground black pepper and salt for this. Mix the ingredients and shape the burger with our hands.
In a pan, add extra virgin olive oil, salt and sugar and fry the onion on a low heat. You will notice that it turns a brown color. This is mainly because it caramelises from the sugar you have incorporated.
Meanwhile, in another pan, cook the patties over medium heat.
Cook the bacon over medium-high heat. You must know why it is done in an instant. If you get distracted with another profession, it can burn you out.
Toast the bread in a pan with a little butter. This will give a wonderful flavor to the bread. We’ve used sandwich bread, but you can use whatever you like best.
Assemble the burger with delicacy and care, treating all the ingredients as you can see in the video.

A note about the cheese
In the recipe we have used a semi-processed cow’s cheese. This cheese adds a delicious flavor but doesn’t melt as well as traditional cheddar-style hamburger cheese. You choose which cheese to use on your hamburger.
